I’ve always had a huge problem with sorting through my mail, mostly because I have about 15 different email accounts that need to be properly balanced for the company I work for.

From the Mail menu, click Preferences > Accounts > Mailbox Behaviors

Store draft messages on the server >

Move deleted messages to the Trash mailbox > do NOT check
