Looks like you are using .php and I bet you can append something into your regular backend that will apply the &quot;prefetch&quot; tag to any links that you choose it to (future links of course).

In your backend, you should have a button added for when you put in your links. I know on the wordpress blogs like this one, you have to do a few things 1) enter the link 2) pick how you want it to open 3) describe the link

Why not just add in a checkbox that says &quot;prefetch?&quot; and let you check it or not.
